About this Location

USO Fort Sam Houston - is located at 1395 Chaffee Rd. at Fort Sam Houston. We are housed in the Sam Houston Community Center and serve approximately 11,000 service members a month. It’s a Health and Wellness Center which includes a state of the art fitness center. Since our main focus is Health & Wellness, we have a Teaching Kitchen, where we host Wellness Wednesday. Since the majority of our demographic are medical students, we provide a host of programming to let them release the stress of the intense training courses and testing. From Sunday Brunch & Bingo’s, monthly Burger Burns to Therapy Dog Visits and so much more. Don’t forget to pay us a visit if you’re in the area.
