Diana provides cooking classes at USO JBSA FSH

On the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, Dianna Ackerley, and her sous-chefs prepare a light healthy meal and serve it from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at USO JBSA Fort Sam Houston. She focuses on healthy cooking alternatives and cooking on a budget. Her meals are themed around the holidays and she engages troops and families to give them a little taste of home while away from home.
