The USO Fitness Center is a welcoming environment for the military community to improve their overall health and welfare.
The JBSA Fort Sam Houston USO will open on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 17:00-20:00 for exercising of the body and the brain. We have a designated “quiet” area for studying, that means no electronics will be on. This program is strictly for fitness of the mind and body.
